POLPERRO PRIMARY ACADEMY UNIFORM
We believe that our uniform identifies our children as members of Polperro Primary Academy, without any loss of their own individuality or personality.
Our school uniform is as follows:
AUTUMN / SPRING TERMS
White shirt or polo shirt
Red sweatshirt/red jumper/red cardigan
Grey school trousers/ grey skirt/pinafore - knee length
Grey, black or white socks/tights
Black flat shoes
SUMMER TERM OPTIONS
Short-sleeved white shirt with grey trousers or shorts or Red gingham dress with 1/4" - 1/2" check
Black slip-on plimsolls; trainers for KS2
(Children playing football will need suitable footwear - boots or old shoes or trainers).
A draw string bag is needed to keep P.E. kit in.

Watches are allowed but must be removed during games lessons If ears are pierced small stud earrings only to be worn. No other jewellery is allowed.
Colour of hair should be within natural range of colour. Extreme or exaggerated hair colouring or hair styles/cuts eg tramlines, are not acceptable. To keep hair in place, hair grips or plain bands may be worn. No fancy hair accessories or braids are allowed.
A suitable sun hat is needed in school at all times, as is a bottle of sun lotion, factor 30 or above.
All items of clothing and P.E. kit MUST be clearly labelled with your child's name and please encourage them to take responsibility by ensuring that they don’t leave their sweat shirts in the playground but, instead, hang them up and leave them in the cloakrooms.
School red sweatshirts, swim caps and sun hats can be purchased from the School office. Some items of used or nearly new uniform are available from the office for a small donation.
