The majority of our pupils join us in Reception, although we frequently receive applications for children wishing to join other year groups and are happy to accommodate them, spaces permitting.
Request a prospectus
The first port of call is usually to request a School prospectus which will give you a good overview of our School. A copy can obtained via the School Office, either by phone 01503 272 249 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively click here to view this electronically.
In the Autumn Term we hold a very popular Open Morning for prospective parents. This includes an opportunity to meet the Head Teacher and staff and a guided tour of the school in the company of one of our Year 6 pupils.
The school always welcomes parents, and prospective pupils to come and have a look around the school. Please contact Mrs Joslin, the School Secretary, to arrange an appointment on 01503 272249 or email email@example.com.
It is the policy of Cornwall Council that admissions to schools during the academic year goes through themselves. Please follow the link below to Cornwall Council website to view the latest admission guidance.
Applying for a place
Applications for Reception should be made directly to the local authority. Full details of the application process and the online application form can be found on the Cornwall Council website.
If you prefer to complete a hard copy form, rather than applying online, this is available by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or telephoning 0300 1234 100.
The closing date for applications for children wishing to join Reception in September 2019 was January 2019, however applications can still be made via Cornwall Council.
